A Style Session/Style Package can only be confirmed once a minimum of a 50% deposit has been received. Payment includes bank transfer and Payme (credit card options are coming soon).

Full payments for Styling Sessions must be received a minimum of 1 week before an appointment if paying by PayMe or Bank Transfer.

International transfers will incur a HKD200 fee (bank charge).

Once a deposit has been received for an invoiced Style Sessions, the client can re-schedule the appointment with a minimum of 2 week of written notice of the original appointment date. The new Style Session must be re-booked within 3 months of the original appointment (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will have deposits/payments forfeited at the discretion of the stylist.

A Style Session or Shopping Tour may be cancelled or postponed due to bad weather or any event that makes it unsafe for the client and/or the Stylist. This has included political protests, bad weather and COVID-19 outbreaks as safety and health are our priority. For Hong Kong clients, bad weather will be defined by the Hong Kong Bureau of Meteorology, any weather such as (but not exclusive to) Black rain or Typhoons that make it unsafe to travel, will need to be rescheduled. Clients will be immediately contacted and have their appointments rescheduled to the soonest available date.

Amanda Leigh Style is a Hong Kong Island-based business, but we are happy to work with clients all over the globe. In some circumstances, extra travel costs may apply to the regular fee. This will be charged to the client at cost and the regular fee and will be discussed upfront.

Any extra services rendered and agreed to with the client will be charged at an hourly rate (HKD$1,000/hr)or an agreed lump sum. This must be paid for within 1 week of services rendered. Payment options include cash, bank transfer and PayMe.

Where the Stylist has discussed with the client to pay for goods and then be reimbursed by the client (with an invoice) a 10% fee is charged for this service.

The stylist must be informed where a client wishes to use a gift voucher for the service, before service or a session.

A lost gift voucher cannot be replaced as it behaves like cash and expired vouchers will not be accepted past the valid date.

Multiple vouchers/promotions can not be used in combination.

It's important to note that 'Amanda Leigh Style' does not take commissions from retail businesses to maintain objectivity when advising her clients. Any commission received will be communicated to clients before any advice is given.
